Message Whatever reason you might come up with as to why it could not possibly be your fault is meaningless. SGP built the motor, the motor was broken in flawlessly, the motor was not abused or detonated, the motor knocked as soon as it hit the dyno. Like it or not Kyle, myself and everyone of your customers see that as your fault.

It didn't knock from the first pull on the dyno so that statement is false. If it was something that is related to our machine shop it is covered under a warranty and has been offered more then once --->Click Here. So *if* a mistake was made on our machine shops part you have been treated no different then any other customer even though you have bad mouthed me, my machine shop, and treatened to sue us.

It seems obvious that the concern here is that the forum believe that there is no way this could be your fault. I would argue that the aura of infalability you cling to is very much misplaced. Your customers would much rather see what your reaction to them would be under duress not just when everything happens to work correctly. Service after the sale is what counts.

Again I have offered you the same warranty that is offered to all our customers. You refused it and now want to whine about it. I can't offer you anything more then what is offered to all my customers. The *prediction* is not the fact that I am 100% sure a mistake wasn't made...it is from statements you have made about your car and the dyno session that lead me to believe what I believe.

I haven't taken the time yet to put together this whole picture for everyone: our original cam gear leakings from the heads we purchased from you, the heads then leaking, our whole ordeal, William dropping $14K plus for your high end motor and having the clutch shipped on top of motor thereby running the clutch cover, etc.....All of this adds up to a lot of money for everyone involved not to mention the extreme hassle of it all. I am sure that in no way was any of this due to any fault of your own; your story is certainly consistent.

Things do happen and no one is perfect. That is part of life...sorry it is sad but true. If you expected your extreme build to go 100% without problems then you were sadly mistaken. Things always arise that are unexpected...all you can do is deal with them when they arise.

We will get this altogether when it is convenient for me and leave it for everyone to see. Please recognize that there is nothing in it for me at this point. It will do the forum good to have a detailed list of issues between us so that others who may be considering the same route will have something to chew on; I would have enjoyed such a read before making the plunge I did.

This is a free forum and you are entitled to write whatever you please but keep in mind I will always have a response with my side of the story ;-).
